Terms of Use

Bridge Foods Limited trading as Bridge Bagels™.

Last updated: 5 October 2026

Agreement

These terms cover your use of https://bridgebagels.com and related emails from Bridge Bagels. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Who we are

Bridge Bagels is a trading name of Bridge Foods Limited (Company No. 17332968), a pre-launch food business in Cambridge, UK.

Companies House: https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/17332968

Contact: hello@bridgebagels.com or 01223 857101.

The website

The site is informational and promotional until an order is placed. When the shop at /shop is open, placing an order is an offer to buy those bagels on these terms. Menu items, prices, days, and delivery areas can change.

Founding-member perks described on the site are promotional and may be limited, varied, or withdrawn if we cannot fulfil them reasonably — we will honour commitments we have already confirmed to you by email where we can.

Orders, allergens, and pickup

By paying for an order you accept these terms. Bagels contain gluten (wheat). Seasonings may contain sesame. We bake in a home kitchen where eggs, fish, milk, mustard, peanuts, sesame, soya, sulphites, and tree nuts may be present. We cannot guarantee zero cross-contamination.

Pickup is 4pm–8pm on the day you choose, or anytime 9am–8pm the following day. Delivery is a flat fee shown once your address is inside the area we cover. We bake to order. Refunds are at Bridge Foods Limited's sole discretion.

Bagel Club is billed in advance (every four weeks, or annually). Pausing moves the next bill and the drops you have not had yet. Cancelling stops future charges. Drops already paid for still happen.

Promotional offers & store credit

From time to time we run promotional offers (including printed flyers and online claim pages such as /flyer and /student) that may grant store credit, loyalty Stars, percentage discounts, or other perks when you provide contact details and meet the stated conditions.

Unless we say otherwise in writing for a specific confirmed grant, every promotional offer is discretionary. We may amend, suspend, or cancel any offer — including changing the amount, eligibility rules, expiry, or how credit is applied — at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. Publishing an offer (on a flyer, the website, or elsewhere) does not oblige us to keep it open or to honour claims that fail our checks.

Where we have already applied credit to your account in good faith, we will generally leave it in place, but we may reverse, reduce, or refuse credit (including after grant) if we reasonably believe there has been abuse, fraud, duplicate claims, technical error, or a breach of these terms.

  • Flyer / first-order credit (for example £5 / 100 Stars via /flyer) is limited to one successful claim per person, email address, and mobile number.
  • Student 10% off (via /student) requires a live email at a recognised UK university (not alumni, FE-college or forwarding addresses) and your expected graduation year; it ends on 30 September of that year. You must confirm that inbox, then sign into /shop with the same email — 10% applies to bagels (not delivery). Sign-in lapses after 30 days until you confirm the inbox again. One account per university email and per mobile number. Does not stack with promo codes.
  • Credit is typically applied as Square Loyalty Stars against the mobile number you give us — use that same number at checkout or the credit may not show.
  • Credit has no cash value, is non-transferable, and may not be combined with other offers except as we allow.
  • Offers may be withdrawn when stock, capacity, or campaign limits are reached.

Claiming a promotional offer also opts you into our email list on the terms in our Privacy Policy, unless you already subscribed.

Email list, survey, feedback & careers

  • Joining the list means you ask us to store your email and send updates as described in our Privacy Policy.
  • Survey and order-feedback answers should be truthful to the best of your knowledge; do not submit others’ personal data without permission.
  • Job applications must be accurate. Providing false information may end the process. Applying does not create an employment contract.
